Instructions for authors

The Conference presentations will consist of invited lectures, oral presentations (short and long papers), demos and posters, organized on plenary sessions.

Oral presentations:

The time reserved for each presentation is 25 minutes for Full Papers, and 15 minutes for Short Papers. This time includes 3 minutes for questions and discussion for each paper.

The lecture hall is equipped with both an overhead projector and a PC with basic office and presentation software (MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat). Oral presentations can be made either using your laptop or the available PC. Please come to the conference room 15 minutes before the session start to upload your presentation to the PC or to set up your laptop connection. Only USB memory sticks are the only medium that is guaranteed to work, but a CD/DVD drive will also most likely be available.

Poster presentations:

Please be prepared to have your poster set up before poster session begins. You should plan to be available at your poster for the entire session to answer questions and explain your research. The poster space will be available for all the conference duration so posters need not be removed after the poster session and posters can be used by the conference attendees at any time during the conference for discussion.

The conference organizers will provide poster stands and the material for fixing the poster at the poster stand. Poster stands measures are 80cm x 150cm: please be sure your poster fits it.
